How do I implement this program at my facility?
You may either sell the admission tickets individually at a price you determine, or as part of a package to your guests. You are the reseller on the transaction and are responsible for collecting and remitting any and all sales taxes.
Once you have sold a MASM admission ticket, you create a voucher that your guest brings to MASM. Your guest presents the voucher at MASM’s Guest Services upon arrival, and will be admitted based on the level of admissions you have indicated on the voucher. Examples of current vouchers being used are available upon request.
How will I be billed by MASM?
Every thirty (30) days, you will be invoiced (at the voucher program rate) for the total number of vouchers presented by your guests during the last 30 days. Statements are due upon receipt.
How does MASM support the program?
As a program participant, you may pick up rack cards at the museum as you need them. MASM has general museum rack cards, as well as ones promoting special exhibits. As new materials and exhibits become available, you will be contacted by the museum.
MASM will provide, online, a printable list of all program participants. This list will include the name, address and phone number of the participating facility. In the future MASM intends to make this information also available as a unique webpage, with links to your website (if applicable) as well.
What if MASM admission prices change?
If admission prices change, or if special prices are implemented by MASM, you will be contacted. MASM reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
